Key Qualifications:
- Active Vermont SLP license (CCC preferred)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations
- Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not a must
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team-focused mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students grades K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy across a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Maintain thorough progress reports and compliance documentation
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and strategies tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
