Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
- Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies.
- Assist clients in establishing specific, achievable therapeutic goals, and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training workshops, supervision sessions, and relevant seminars to enhance clinical skills.

- A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
- Must hold a valid LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
