Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AV & Collaboration Support Specialist to provide 60% Microsoft Teams / Video Conferencing support and 40% Live Event support. The role focuses on ensuring seamless virtual collaboration experiences and successful execution of corporate live events.
Key Responsibilities?? 60% Teams / Video Conferencing Support
- Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Teams meetings, webinars, and conference room setups
- Troubleshoot audio, video, screen sharing, and connectivity issues
- Support executive meetings and high-priority business calls
- Configure and maintain Teams Rooms devices and collaboration tools
- Coordinate with IT/network teams to resolve performance issues
- Ensure meeting room AV equipment is fully functional before scheduled meetings
- Provide on-site and remote support as required
?? 40% Live Event Support
- Support planning and execution of corporate live events (town halls, leadership meetings, training sessions, hybrid events)
- Set up and manage AV equipment (microphones, cameras, mixers, projectors, lighting)
- Coordinate live streaming through platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live Events or other event platforms
- Conduct pre-event technical rehearsals and testing
- Monitor live sessions and provide real-time troubleshooting
- Ensure smooth transition between speakers and media presentations
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of experience in AV/Video Conferencing support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and collaboration tools
- Hands-on experience with AV hardware (microphones, speakers, cameras, mixers)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, bandwidth, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting executive-level meetings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hybrid and large-scale live events
- Knowledge of Zoom, WebEx, or other conferencing platforms
- ITIL or AV-related certifications (preferred)
Work Environment
- Onsite support role
- May require flexibility during live events (early morning / late evening support)
