Key Responsibilities
- 
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with precision. 
- 
Measure, cut, and assemble wood, drywall, and other construction materials using hand and power tools. 
- 
Construct and install frameworks for walls, floors, stairs, doors, and windows. 
- 
Fit and finish interior elements such as cabinets, shelving, doors, trim, and insulation. 
- 
Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures in existing structures. 
- 
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols. 
- 
Collaborate with supervisors, tradespeople, and clients; assist with layout, design input, and estimating when required. 
- 
Complete carpentry tasks on both new construction and remodeling projects. 
Qualifications
- 
High school diploma or GED required; completion of a formal apprenticeship program is a plus. 
- 
Minimum 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in construction or remodeling. 
- 
Strong proficiency with carpentry tools, power equipment, and construction techniques. 
- 
Ability to read and follow technical plans accurately. 
- 
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to job site safety. 
- 
Physical stamina to lift materials, stand for long periods, and work in varying environments and heights.
