Birch Hill Property Services is hiring for full-time positions starting April 1st.
Birch Hill Property Services is a full service property management company based in Hartland, VT. We are currently looking to grow our staff to service our clients in the Woodstock, Hartland, Quechee and Barnard areas.
Job responsibilities would include mowing with zero turns and walk behinds, weed whacking, spring and fall cleanup, tree work, power washing, mulching and gardening. Potential for winter work for snow removal - plowing, shoveling, salting for both residential and commercial accounts. Tractor and excavation work for the right person (based off experience).
Qualifications: Desired experience includes commercial mowing, string trimming, and basic equipment knowledge. Ability to drive a truck and trailer. These are not required and we will train the right person if needed. Drivers licence required.
