Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- DESE certification required
- Previous experience or comfort working with high school students is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ speech and language needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance on communication strategies within the school environment
