Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT certification, Epic EMR proficiency, and a valid NH license.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a community hospital MRI unit with 2 rooms
- Handles daily caseload of 30-40 MRI studies across inpatient, outpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings
- Performs general MRI exams on a variety of ages and demographics, including studies with legacy implants
- Uses Philips MRI equipment, PACS, EPIC EMR, and McKesson systems
- Evening shifts: Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- No call or floating required
- Performs a wide range of MRI procedures including extremities, spine, abdomen, pelvis, chest, breast, head/neck, musculoskeletal, and advanced imaging techniques such as CINE, diffusion (non-brain), MIP, MRP, perfusion, and spin echo images
- Responsible for image post-processing and use of surface coils
- One week (40 hours) of on-unit orientation provided
- Scrubs of any type are acceptable
- First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
- Travelers who have previously worked for any SolutionHealth facility are not eligible for consideration
- Travelers living within 50 miles are accepted at the local rate

- Current ARRT certification required
- Valid NH state license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system required
- Experience with Philips MRI equipment, IV starts, and use of contrast
- References required for consideration
- Only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted
