What we're seeking:
- Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Licensed, or license-eligible, through the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school settings or passion for working with elementary students
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to collaboration with educators and families
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough speech-language assessments for elementary students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing direct and consultative therapy services in small group and individual settings
- Progress monitoring and timely documentation
- Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team-based problem solving
