Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Serve as a bridge between clients and relevant state and local service systems or agencies to enhance support access.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with community partners to advance mental health initiatives and identify potential funding and collaboration opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attend seminars, and represent Pavilion Counseling Services at statewide meetings and task forces relevant to mental health practice.

• Promote the agency's mission and values within the community, fostering trust and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operational efficiency and client care.

The LMHC will primarily engage with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues.
