Key Responsibilities\n

  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with community partners to advance mental health initiatives and identify potential funding and collaboration opportunities.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attend seminars, and represent Pavilion Counseling Services at statewide meetings and task forces relevant to mental health practice.

  • Promote the agency's mission and values within the community, fostering trust and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operational efficiency and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will primarily engage with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and it’s crucial to approach each with cultural competence and empathy.
