Job Title: Medical Records/Central Supply

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Records/Central Supply professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare facility, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our medical records while also supporting the efficient delivery of supplies throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:

Medical Records:

Accurately and efficiently maintain and update patient records in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve documentation and record-keeping processes

Central Supply:

Distribute and restock medical supplies and equipment to various departments throughout the facility

Maintain inventory levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery of supplies

Collaborate with nursing and other departments to identify supply needs and optimize inventory management

Other Duties:

Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
