Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Centerstone Psychiatry Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including crisis intervention, skills training, and couples counseling, addressing diverse client needs.
- Delivering services for individuals, families, and groups, focusing on members experiencing mental health issues and dual disorders.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including psychologists and nurse practitioners to support treatment planning and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in accordance with organizational guidelines while using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Assisting clients in accessing community resources and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
