Now Hiring Lifeguards – Yachtsman Pool (Hyannis, MA)
Join our team this summer at the Yachtsman Pool in Hyannis, MA! We’re hiring full-
time and part-time lifeguards to be part of a fun, supportive group in a vibrant
community. At this privately owned pool, you’ll enjoy a unique mix of weekly renters
and long-term owners—making it easy to build great connections all season long.
What we offer:
$22/hour competitive pay
Year-over-year raises through your first 3 seasons, with the opportunity
to be promoted to Senior Lifeguard in your third year
Flexible scheduling to fit your summer plans

No certification? No problem.
We’re hosting our own Lifeguard Certification Course right at the pool:
May 22 (full day) morning of May 23
We’ll cover the cost of certification or recertification!
