Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45 to $55/hour

What you'll do
- Deliver individualized instruction aligned with student IEP goals.
- Develop and implement IEPs, accommodations, and progress reports.
- Implement positive behavior intervention strategies.
- Create engaging lessons that support academic, communication, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Modify curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
- Supervise Teaching Assistants.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Counselors, and other specialists.
- Support students with activities of daily living when needed.
- Collect student data and complete required documentation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in progress required.
- Massachusetts DESE Moderate Disabilities License (PreK to 8) or eligibility.
- Experience supporting students with significant behavioral challenges and average intellectual abilities.
- Strong behavior management and positive behavior intervention experience.
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
- Ability to provide physical assistance and support activities of daily living.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to drive a school van.
