Step into an impactful role supporting students for the 2026–2027 school year in a part-time capacity as a School Physical Therapist. With a flexible three-days-per-week schedule, you’ll deliver essential therapy services that promote student mobility, participation, and overall well-being.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations for students’ motor functions and access needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families.
- Supporting students across the district to access learning and school environments as independently as possible.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress notes in compliance with district policies.
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing professional recommendations to teams.
- Traveling between school sites within the district as needed.
Desired qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous pediatric experience or strong interest in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to varying student needs.
- Flexibility and initiative to work independently for three days per week.
