Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated experience working with students with selective mutism
- Expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted behavioral consultation and therapy to three students, roughly 6 hours of direct service weekly
- Attend and contribute to meetings, collaborate with school staff, and communicate progress to families and teams
- Complete reports, maintain documentation, and develop treatment plans in compliance with school and state requirements
- Allocate one consistent 8-hour day on-site per week, ensuring continuity and accessibility for staff and students
