Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing district-wide support for students and staff throughout the academic year. This full-time, in-person contract position runs from August 26, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and offers the chance to travel between schools, making a positive impact across the district each week.
In this dynamic role, you'll consult with educators and support teams, conduct comprehensive evaluations—including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)—and lead data-driven initiatives to foster student success. With your expertise, you'll model effective behavioral interventions and deliver targeted staff training to empower school teams and enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
- Previous experience working in school-based settings highly preferred
- Strong skills in consultation, evaluation, and development of FBAs and BSPs
- Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Experience training and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to effectively support a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral consultation and direct support across multiple schools
