Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
Previous experience or training working in school-based or youth settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Reliable transportation, with comfort traveling to different locations
Ability to provide reassurance, standby assistance, and problem-solving support

Responsibilities include:

Accompanying a high school senior daily, offering emotional encouragement throughout academic activities
Providing safe companionship on district transportation to Impact Academy in Dover (Monday–Thursday)
Assisting with light coursework, primarily History, during afternoons at the high school
On Fridays, supporting the student during her 5-hour car detailing internship; if not present, assisting with other flexible duties as needed
Maintaining clear documentation of services delivered
Fostering a supportive, empowering environment to help the student achieve both academic and career goals
