This position offers a flexible, part-time schedule totaling 20 hours per week, with some hybrid days to support work-life balance. Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state
- Prior experience with middle and high school students strongly preferred
- Competence in conducting student evaluations, developing IEP goals, and providing direct therapy services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group OT services for students in both middle and high school settings
- Complete thorough assessments and document progress in line with IEP requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support students’ academic growth and functional skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting as required
