Work Environment\n
This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to an outpatient office setting. Your work schedule will typically be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
- Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions, helping clients to set realistic mental health objectives and navigate their progress through structured feedback and motivation.
- Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
- Must hold an active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical mental health services, ideally with a minimum of two years in a counseling setting.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
