Compensation & Schedule Details

- Hours & Shift: 48 guaranteed hours per week (12-hour Nights; 36-hour guarantee is NOT available).
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Target Start Date: October 12, 2026
- Rate Multipliers: Overtime and Holiday multipliers at 1.25x (0 hours non-billable orientation).
- Scheduling & RTO: Block scheduling will NOT be accommodated. Maximum of 5 days of RTO permitted (must be noted and verified at upload; no post-upload/interview RTO approved). Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's).

Key Facility Policies & Compliance Mandates

- State & License Mandate: New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate must be uploaded upfront with all nursing submissions per state law.
- Radius & Local Policy: Strict 50-mile radius restriction. Local candidates residing within 50 miles will NOT be considered. Permanent address must be included in the profile.
- Logistics & Compliance: Candidate must have their own vehicle (no public transportation available). All medical/occupational health compliance items must be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance.
- Dress Code: Professional scrubs provided by the traveler (no logos). EMR is Epic.

Requirements & Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Med-Surg / Stepdown experience required, with explicit experience in cardiac drip management and dementia experience/management (NIHSS strongly preferred). Epic experience required.
- Licensure: Active New Hampshire RN license or multi-state compact license required in hand at upload.
- Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required at submittal.
