Key Responsibilities\n

- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and accountability.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical team to effectively identify client needs and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that promote healthy coping strategies.
- Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic’s continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison to community and state agencies, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery and promote resource sharing.
- Establish effective communication lines within the team and with external partners, striving to meet contract standards and uphold the mission of the organization.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local organizations to expand outreach, foster partnerships, and secure funding opportunities for program development.
- Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and represent the agency at relevant conferences and meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your therapeutic interventions will be critical in helping clients build resilience, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve their personal goals, thereby significantly improving their quality of life.

- A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
- Must possess an independent LMHC license in Massachusetts, or be willing to obtain licensure with the agency covering associated costs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
Catalina Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
