Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and review upcoming appointments, as well as strategize for discharge when appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes for all client interactions.
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client’s background and mental health needs.
- Engage in individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate their recovery process.
- Participate in regular supervision meetings to foster professional development and clinical growth.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
This position primarily focuses on a youth population, working with adolescents and their families to navigate mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

- A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
- Valid LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.
- Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy modalities.
- Proficiency in using computers for documentation and scheduling, with basic keyboarding abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
