Position Overview

As an Osteopathic Physician at our organization in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, you will join a well-established team of four Family Practice/ONMM physicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive osteopathic primary and specialty care to a diverse patient population across all age groups.
• Focusing on preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and acute care services.

A standout feature of this role is the emphasis on teaching, thanks to our collaboration with the UNECOM and our ONMM3 Residency Program. You will have the chance to:

• Engage in lectures and mentorship for medical students and residents.
• Enhance your own professional growth while influencing the next generation of healthcare providers.
• Explore leadership and program director opportunities within UNECOM and our ONMM3 residency program.

About Our Organization

Founded in 2005 and led by a dedicated team, we provide care for patients from newborns to adults. Our services include:

• Ambulatory Osteopathic Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Clinic.
• An active OMM Hospital Consultation Service, including care for newborns.
• A balanced approach to both primary and specialty care.
• Standard appointment durations of 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for returning patients, allowing for OMT during each visit.
• Spacious patient care rooms equipped with electric tables and scenic views of the Berkshire hills.
• OMT is performed in over 70% of primary care visits.
