Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, leading to accurate diagnoses.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking their unique needs, goals, and preferences into account.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive change and recovery.
- Educate and support clients and their families on the implications of mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices.
- Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on changes in symptoms or circumstances to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and a holistic approach to treatment.
- Stay current with research and best practices related to mood disorders to continually refine and improve therapeutic strategies.
