Mail Order Pharmacist — Product Verification
Location: Waltham, MA 02451 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Training follows the same schedule)
Contract Duration: 7 months
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to perform final product verification in a high-volume mail-order pharmacy environment.
This role is critical to ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance before prescription medications are shipped to patients nationwide. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform final verification of prescription medications before shipment
Verify drug, strength, dosage form, quantity, labeling, packaging, and patient information
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Review patient profiles for allergies, drug interactions, and duplicate therapy
Resolve verification discrepancies and maintain accuracy standards
Report medication errors and near misses per company procedures
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to optimize workflow
Must-haves:
Active Massachusetts RPh license (non-negotiable)
Attention to detail
Time management & multitasking ability
Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
