Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Provide support with walking, mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Build positive relationships through companionship and conversation

Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Report any changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the appropriate team members
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience is an advantage

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable providing care independently in a home setting

Reliable and able to maintain scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
