Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using solution-focused methodologies and evidence-based practices. You will develop personalized treatment plans that guide clients on their journey towards improved mental health.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring professional standards and ethical practices are upheld.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
