Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop treatment plans that are responsive to their unique circumstances.

  • Provide timely documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring all clinical records are maintained with precision and accuracy.
  • \n

  • Utilize evidence-based tools for screening and assessment as per the recommendations of the clinical team.
  • \n

  • Work in synergy with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement effective behavior support plans aimed at facilitating meaningful behavioral change.
  • \n

  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.
  • \n

  • Serve as a key liaison to state agencies and community partners, building networks that support client welfare and service coordination.
  • \n

  • Foster open communication channels to meet contractual obligations, driving the mission of the organization within the community.
  • \n

  • Establish and maintain relationships with public and private entities to foster new partnerships and secure resources for program enhancement.
  • \n

  • Pursue ongoing professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and other educational opportunities relevant to mental health.
  • \n

  • Support and promote the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy in all professional endeavors.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations including adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those requiring support for developmental and acquired disabilities. Your interventions will focus on empowerment, fostering resilience, and creating pathways to recovery. Engaging with individuals and communities from various backgrounds, you will help clients navigate their personal challenges while promoting health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

  • Possession of an independent LMHC license in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain licensure with licenses covered by the company.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, our counselors can expect:
