We are seeking candidates to join our team and help us shape the future of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire! We are seeking qualified, dedicated candidates who are looking for part-time teaching opportunities. Adjunct appointments are temporary and for a specified contract period only.

CCSNH has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state.

Note: This position could be combined with the LNA Program Classroom & Lab Instructor.

Course: Licensed Nursing Assistant

Location: Long Term Care clinical setting – NH Veteran’s Home Tilton, NH

Clinical instruction: Thirty hours of clinical instruction in the nursing home setting

Dates: 2/13/27 - 2/14/27 and 2/20/27 - 2/21/27:
2 weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a total of 4 days

Hours: 7 AM-3 PM each clinical day

COURSE DESCRIPTION: The NH Board of Nursing approved Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) program consists of 46 hours of theory/lab, and 60 hours of clinical for a total of 106 hours of coursework. The theory portion is delivered online through the college’s learning management system, (LMS) Canvas and in the classroom lab. The clinical is arranged at a local health care facility. After successfully completing the LNA program, all students must register for the state competency written and clinical exam and complete a criminal background check/fingerprinting as part of the process to obtain their LNA license with the State of New Hampshire.

Minimum requirement: Licensed Practical Nurse

Must complete an NH Board of Nursing approved Train the Trainer Program

Must have 2 years’ experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age with 1 year experience in the provision of long-term care (LTC) facility services;

Minimum requirement: Registered Nurse

Must have Associate degree nursing educational preparation

Must complete an NH Board of Nursing approved Train the Trainer Program

Must have 2 years’ experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill of any age with 1 year experience in the provision of long-term care (LTC) facility services

OR

Must have Baccalaureate nursing educational preparation

Must have 2 years experience working with the elderly or chronically ill of any age with 1 year experience in the provision of long-term care (LTC) facility services

All Candidates must have either an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse License in NH or multi-state nursing license from another compact state

Salary: The compensation rate is $47.95 to $59.45 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
