ChildWise ABA provides individualized ABA therapy for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while helping them become more independent.
No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship to help you succeed!

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians
-
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
-
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
-
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
-
Build positive relationships with clients
-
Collect and record session data
-
Support independence and positive behavior
-
Collaborate with BCBAs and families
Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

Hourly Rate: $22–$28
-
Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week

Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Flexible scheduling based on availability
Qualifications for Behavior Technicians

No ABA experience required – paid training provided

Experience working with children is a plus
