As a home health nurse with our organization, you will collaborate with a diverse and supportive group of nurses, physicians, and specialized practitioners who genuinely care about their patients and the community . Regardless of your location, every team member contributes significantly to promoting wellness. Here, you will find a culture that emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and mutual respect.
Our full-time roles are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, making it an ideal arrangement for parents or anyone seeking a healthy work-life balance. There is one rotating weekend shift every 5-6 weeks, but you will not be scheduled for a weekday shift during those weeks.
Our Community Health Nurses deliver skilled and compassionate care to patients in their homes, allowing individuals to remain in their most comfortable environment. We operate at the highest level of our licensure and work closely within a comprehensive, interdisciplinary team that includes:

Qualifications

Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in home health or public health nursing, or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent skills.

Home care experience is beneficial but not mandatory—we are eager to train motivated candidates who are willing to learn.

Requirements
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
- Relevant experience in the specific clinical area, which may vary by unit.
