Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Massachusetts School Psychologist License required
- Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students preferred
- Familiarity with educational assessments, response to intervention, and special education processes
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to develop and implement intervention plans for a diverse student population
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and psycho-educational evaluations for referred students
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer consultation to teachers and families regarding behavioral and academic concerns
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and district standards
