Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching License in New Hampshire
• Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
• Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and IEP development
• Skilled in adapting curriculum to meet a variety of educational abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in small groups and co-taught settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and ancillary staff to support student learning
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
• Communicate progress and strategies regularly with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
