Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a dynamic role supporting students as a full-time, in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst, beginning August 26, 2026, through June 17, 2027. This contract opportunity places you at the heart of positive change, collaborating closely with school personnel across a district near Rindge, NH. As an itinerant professional, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout all school sites every week, engaging with diverse teams and student populations.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience delivering behavioral consultation and support in school settings
- Strong understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform evidence-based interventions
- Excellent skills in staff training, modeling of strategies, and collaborative problem-solving
- Flexible mindset and ability to travel across multiple school sites within a district
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and ongoing support to school staff regarding behavioral strategies and student needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including FBAs and the development/implementation of BSPs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and refine interventions
- Model behavioral interventions and provide in-the-moment coaching for school teams
- Offer professional development and training to educators and support staff
- Maintain thorough documentation in adherence with district and licensure standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success in inclusive learning environments
