Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful impact in educational settings during the 2026/2027 school year. This contract position is located near the scenic Jaffrey, NH area, offering the chance to work with diverse student populations while enjoying a balanced work schedule.

In this rewarding role, you will provide essential OT services across two school districts, working four days per week—split evenly between both locations. The position is designed for 30 hours weekly, allowing you to maintain excellent work-life balance as you help students develop critical functional skills.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Valid and current OT licensure for the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience in school settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage a flexible, split schedule and independently prioritize tasks
Knowledge of IEP processes and goal development

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEPs
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
Travel between two sites, spending two days each at Hinsdale and Winchester
