Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients to assess their mental, behavioral, and emotional health, documenting insights from the first consultation through the full treatment journey.
- Develop tailored intervention and recovery plans that reflect the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic modalities and techniques.
- Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to the treatment plans as needed to ensure efficacy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to formulate comprehensive intervention strategies.
- Follow up with clients admitted to the hospital to ensure continuity of care and smooth reintegration into outpatient services.
- Proactively identify and address behaviors that may hinder recovery, providing strategic counseling to clients and their families.
- Assist family members and primary caregivers in developing effective strategies to support loved ones facing behavioral health challenges.

Qualifications\n

- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Possession of a current and valid state licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
- A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to empathize and connect with clients.
