Key Responsibilities\n

- Utilize an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
- Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to empower clients and provide a sense of community while addressing prevalent mental health concerns.
- Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services efficiently during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Educate clients about their mental health conditions, the available treatment options, and beneficial community resources that can support their journey.
- Maintain and update accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring clear communication within the treatment team.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, supported by your educational background.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and designing effective treatment plans.
- Proven ability and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to diverse populations in both individual and group settings.
