Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic Teaching Assistant to join our team! As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the classroom teacher with classroom duties and instruction. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching! Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Assist students individually and in small groups</li>
<li>Supervise students in the classroom and elsewhere in the school</li>
<li>Enforce classroom rules and procedures</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records</li>
<li>Communicate with parents and school personnel as requested by the head teacher</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred</li>
<li>Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management</li>
<li>Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Energetic and positive attitude</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
