Job Details:

• Deliver age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process
\n • Work within the framework of Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards
\n • Assume leadership responsibilities including delegation of work to other levels of employees
\n • Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare provision
\n • Required certifications must be active prior to contract start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NRP
\n • If certifications are not current, must have booked course at time of Clinical Orientation at beginning of assignment
\n • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various age groups
\n • Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating patient care activities
