SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs and HHAs in Mendon, MA. We’re seeking caring, dependable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized support to clients in their homes. Both short- and long-hour shifts are available, with opportunities on weekdays and weekends.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

Follow individualized care plans and client routines
-
Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA or HHA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled
