\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active and unrestricted RN license (Massachusetts nursing license preferred)\n
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience\n
- Current BLS certification\n
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays\n
- Completion of onboarding, orientation, and health screenings\n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns\n
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery\n
- Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery\n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed\n
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care\n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
