Engelberth Construction is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead field crews and support the successful delivery of high-quality commercial construction projects across New Hampshire. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and building strong teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and supervise field crews on active commercial construction sites

  • Coordinate daily work activities and schedules

  • Ensure projects are built to plans, specs, and quality standards

  • Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA standards

  • Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors

  • Train, mentor, and support crew members

  • Assist with material coordination and jobsite logistics

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience

  • Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials

  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship

  • Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation Disclosure:
The starting pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on job-related factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, internal equity, and business needs.
