Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Esthetician role based in Woodstock, VT with opportunity for future advancements and growth. The Esthetician will perform professional skincare services, including facials, skin analyses, and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

\n
Day-to-day responsibilities also include recommending appropriate home care products, maintaining treatment room cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role involves greeting clients, conducting thorough consultations, documenting services, and ensuring a welcoming, calm experience.

The Esthetician will also support the studio's growth by building client loyalty, participating in promotions, and collaborating with the team on service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Skin Care and Cosmetology skills, with the ability to perform a range of professional facial and skincare treatments.

• Proficiency in Hair Removal services, including safe and effective waxing or other approved methods.
\n
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-centered approach, active listening, and professional communication.
