Embark on a rewarding opportunity to work as an ABA Technician supporting students in a vital school-based program for the 2026-2027 academic year. Serving two middle school roles and one intermediate school position, you’ll work full-time hours during the academic calendar in a supportive environment focused on professional growth and evidence-based behavioral intervention.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in educational settings
- Previous experience as a Behavior Specialist or ABA Therapist highly valued
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred for the intermediate school role, or readiness for BCBA supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff
- Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans and document progress
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to students in grades 5-8, focusing on skill development and behavior support
- Collect and maintain accurate data to track student progress toward behavioral and academic goals
- Work closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and other ABA staff to coordinate interventions
- Provide regular updates and participate in team meetings to support student success
- Maintain a structured schedule aligned with school hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-3:30PM
