Registered Nurse (RN) - Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Danvers, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Conduct routine assessments and document patient progress

• Lead and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing care to residents

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop plans for improvement

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts

• Minimum of one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred

• CPR certification

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignment

• Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the day, proper body mechanics required

• Salary: $42 - $48 HOURLY
