Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive staff development programs for LPNs and RNs, focusing on continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.

Collaborate with clinical leaders and staff to identify training needs and design customized educational programs.

Conduct needs assessments, evaluates program effectiveness, and makes data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.

Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and community organizations to identify opportunities for collaboration and professional development.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and incorporate this knowledge into staff development programs.

Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies' standards and requirements.
Requirements:

Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a staff development or education role

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology systems
