This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility that helps maintain a robust work-life balance. The typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' unique backgrounds and needs.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy settings, ensuring approaches are tailored to each patient's cultural perspective.
- Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that all aspects of the patient's care are coordinated for optimal outcomes.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower their health journey.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and culturally informed training sessions to continuously enhance your skillset.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid professional licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment strategies, and cultural competency in therapeutic practices.
- Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive methods.
- Proven crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and applicable computer software.

The position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
