Monday–Friday Schedule | Approximately Eight Patients per Physician | Dedicated Psych NP

With a base salary of approximately $335,000, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and generously compensated call, this opportunity offers a rewarding balance of clinical work and financial benefits.
A Practice Built Around Collaborative Care\n
Provide care on a 16-bed adult inpatient unit, sharing patient coverage with a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. At full census, the psychiatrist and NP each typically cover approximately eight patients, allowing time for thoughtful assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.

Base salary: Approximately $335,000 annually

Sign-on bonus: $50,000
- \n
Monday–Friday overnight call: $2,500 for the week’s coverage, 5 p.m.–8 a.m.

Weekend call: $5,000 for 24-hour coverage on both Saturday and Sunday
- \n
Total additional pay per full call week: $7,500

With 6–8 full call weeks annually, estimated base plus call compensation is $380,000–$395,000 per year, plus the $50,000 sign-on bonus.
