Job Description
The Preventative Maintenance Engineer at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, inspections, and repairs to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems within the hotel premises.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment
- Identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to prevent future breakdowns
- Keeping detailed records of maintenance work and repairs
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills
