What You'll Get:
- $75,000 to $100,000+ per year (base pay plus commission)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems (furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, central AC, and more)
- Seasonal tune-ups and maintenance for our Service Partner Plan members
- Explaining what's wrong and what it'll cost in plain English, so homeowners can make a confident decision
- Keeping your truck clean and your calls logged on the laptop
Who We're Looking For:
You treat a customer's home the way you'd treat your own family's.
You'd rather fix it right than fix it fast.
And you want to be somewhere long enough for people to know your coffee order.
Beyond that:
- HVAC certified, or willing to get certified (we'll help you get there)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable talking with homeowners face-to-face
